My kids love this one. But I prefer to brown the meatballs, then put them in the crockpot for a couple hours. This way the rice gets puffy and soft (otherwise it can be a little crunchy). Easy to prep in the early afternoon, then let the crockpot do the work until we are ready to eat. I am making this one for dinner tonight!
