Broccoli Cheese Soup

1/2 cube butter
Small half and half
Small heavy whipping cream
1 can chicken broth
1 cup flour
2 1/2 cups broccoli
2 cups cheese
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Cook broccoli drain and chop. Melt butter in pan and add flour. Pour 1/2 and 1/2 in pot a little at a time. Repeat with cream and broth. Let thicken. Add broccoli and cheese. Add nutmeg.
