Brown Sugar Muffins1tsp Salt
2 tsp Soda
2 c brown Sugar
4 c Flour
1 c margarine (butter) cut into dry ingredients
2 c milk
2 eggs
Mix
Bake in cupcake holders
400 degrees for 15 min!

All of these look so yummy, I'm gonna have to try them out!
For variety you could add chocolate chips. I haven't tried it but might next time!
